Lowlander * Three Top Dinner

Context

As the ROEF Collective, we want to show the potential of the rooftop landscape.

Lowlander is a beer company that is all about the use of botanicals and embrace the idea of beer pairing.

Concept

A three course meal on three different rooftops with three beers that perfectly match the food. The three courses were prepared by the Creative Chef. He used a lot of greens and herbs that grew on top of the same rooftop on which everybody enjoyed their meal.
